THE IRISH PRO INVITATIONAL, POWERLIFTING, BENCH BASH & KING OF THE DEADLIFT 2018.

The Irish Pro is an WPC international santioned championships and world records can be broken at this comp. We are currently given the biggest cash prize payouts in Irelnand UK and western Europe. We have given out up to €8000 in cash each year and in 2018 we hope to go bigger!

 

Cash prizes will be given out to the winners in each category based on highest Wilks score!

 

POWERLIFTING:

  • Best female raw.
  • Best male raw.
  • Best male equipped.
  • BENCH BASH
  • Best equipped.

KING OF THE DEADLIFT:

Best raw.

  • All lifters must be members of there WPC  national affiliation.
  • Date : Saturday April 7th.
  • 24hr Weighin: Friday April 6th. 
  • Qualifying Wilks required.

 

POWERLIFTING

  • Female Raw = 400 Wilks, 15 lifters.
  • Male Raw = 450 Wilks, 20 lifters.
  • Male Equipped = 500 Wilks, 18 lifters.

 

BENCH BASH

Equipped = 140 Wilks, 15 lifters.

 

KING OF THE DEADLIFT

Male raw = 160 Wilks, 15 lifters.

All lifters must have prove of total and Wilks required in past 2 years to be selected.

The Irish Pro Invitational was set up to create an International platform with a strong and competitive field of lifters. Going head to head battling it out in an open category lifter with the highest wilks taken the cash prize.

Next year we like to see the current list of countries represent over the past two years extended. Ireland England Scotland Holland Germany Spain Italy Poland Portugal Finland USA Canada 12 countries in total.
